I
love using this technique whenever I want to highlight the subject. It
works well when you have a flattering background. There are different
ways of achieving Bokeh; one of the simplest ways is using shallow
depth-of-field which in simple terms means increasing the distance
between the subject and the background separating the two and resulting
into a blurred background and softer image generally, with a normal lens
you will need to be close to the subject or the alternative is to use a
telephoto lens. The other ways is to use fast lenses with a wide
aperture, therefore you can decide to go fully manual or use Aperture
priority in-order to adjust aperture settings yourself while the camera
sets for you the adjacent shutter speed. Try it out!
Stilettos; part of a shoe type that made for my friend's(Dell) project in school that I helped shoot, I enjoyed working with the telephoto lens. |
